Recently our training team helped a customer by hosting 2 stations at an annual technician Rodeo. During the finals the following day we had the best of the best. Our 'bug' that we used for the stations in the finals was opposite of what everyone would have considered to be at that level of competition. The results varied from high to low and everywhere in-between as we expected. The learning experience for all involved during that event was how easy it is to forget about the basics and simple things that can cause an over diagnosis of a customer complaint that ends up being a simple fault and correction. The techs who learned of this partiqular fault after the event will remember that one for a long time. What has your team experienced?
