Dedicated to the Advancement of Training and Professional Development in the Transportation Service Industry

ATMC is hard at work to ensure a safe and educational conference experience in Scottsdale, Arizona, September 27-30, 2021. This means following the highest health and safety standards in preventing further spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its known variants as directed by local, state, and federal health officials, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Therefore, ATMC is implementing the following protocols:

  • Proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID PCR test taken within 96 hours of arrival will be required to attend the ATMC Conference.
  • Do not travel to the meeting if 1) you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms at the time you are scheduled to travel, or 2) were exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 14 days prior to travel or have had a positive COVID-19 test within 10 days of travel, irrespective of symptoms.
  • To help protect yourself and each other, ASE and ATMC will require ALL attendees, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask in indoor public spaces and maintain physical distancing, consistent with the CDC recommendations.
  • You must adhere to all state and local regulations and requirements of the venue.
  • Hand shaking and other physical contact should be avoided.
  • If you experience COVID-19 symptoms while on-site at the meeting, return to your room, remain isolated and notify an ASE staff member.
  • Contact ATMC if you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of returning home.

At the Hotel:

  • Outdoor options will be available for networking, reception, and dinner events.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations throughout the meeting venue(s).
  • Signage will indicate proper spacing where appropriate and remind attendees of safety protocols.
  • Physical layouts will be arranged to provide for appropriate distancing.
  • Cleaning protocols will be utilized.

ATMC will make every effort to ensure these health and safety measures are followed at the conference to keep everyone safe and healthy, but we cannot do this alone. Thus, we ask all attendees to do their part by taking personal responsibility and remaining vigilant about their own health.
